Horizon Group is focused in early and first-Stage venture capital dedicated to investing primarily in great teams and great ideas.
OUR APPROACH
Dedicated to building and actively creating value in seed and early-stage companies in telecommunication, software, life science and renewable energy, the Horizon Ventures Team takes a diversified, hands-on and leading-edge investment approach to company building and return realization.
OUR PROMISE
We invest more than capital - we also invest our time, expertise, and network in our portfolio companies. Venture capital for us is not just about investing in the "right" companies. It is about partnering with entrepreneurs to make their companies successful.
Our investments can be broadly categorized into:
- Components, consisting of advanced building blocks based on technologies
- Systems, such as select medical device, technology and tools, alternative energy and cleantech enterprise, storage and security appliances, networking and wireless systems;

Software such as business applications, infrastructure, and tools. We also invest in software for vertical industries like communications, healthcare and consumer markets;
- Services for businesses and consumers, typically on the Internet, and including eCommerce, social networking and digital media.
